Outside of the New York area, we seek the following property types throughout the U.S.:
Shopping Centers
Credit tenant net leases – either single tenant deals or anchored deals, where the anchor is the majority of the shopping center; preferably that have long-term leases over 10 years on the base term of the lease.
Office Buildings
Single tenant or anchored anywhere in the country; with majority credit tenant preferably 10 years on the base term of the lease.
Multi-Family
Class A multi-family apartment communities, newly constructed; particularly deals that have HUD financing in place or the ability to put HUD financing in place.
Other Multi-Family
Class A, B or C with value-added opportunities.
